All Saints Subacute & Transitional Care is looking for an Infection Preventionist (IP) to oversee their facility’s infection control program, ensuring the safety of residents and staff through adherence to health regulations. The ideal candidate should have a California LVN license and at least two years of relevant experience in infection control within a healthcare setting

Job Summary

  • Plan, develop, and direct the facility’s infection control program in accordance with current rules and regulations (CDC, OSHA, and Title 22).
  • Monitor infection practices, perform case-finding rounds, and prepare monthly summaries of resident/personnel infections for leadership review.
  • Lead the orientation of new employees on hand hygiene, PPE, and aseptic techniques and conduct annual OSHA and CDC in-service training.
