This full-time, grant-funded position requires extensive travel and focuses on improving practices for child welfare professionals

Job Summary

  • The Safety Organized Practice (SOP) Coach is responsible for the training delivery of Safety Organized Practice, Structured Decision Making, or other contracted training initiatives for identified DCFS families staff and stakeholders.
  • This position will provide coaching to all newly hired Social Services Specialists assigned to an Investigations or Differential Response Unit as outlined in the Investigations and Differential Response Coaching Model.
  • Extensive travel is required for this full-time, annually renewed grant-funded position.

  • Experience presenting to large groups (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
