You will be required to assist the Director of Nursing in developing policies, participating in quality assurance programs, and managing staff to ensure the highest degree of quality care for residents.
This role involves direct nursing care functions including admitting residents, monitoring medication administration, and collaborating with physicians and families to plan comprehensive resident care.
