Job Summary
Serve as the technical authority and team lead for a group of approximately 10 engineers supporting the U.S. Marine Corps MQ-9 program.
Lead systems engineering activities across the full lifecycle, including requirements analysis, architecture development, interface control documents, and verification & validation.
Interface regularly with NAVAIR engineering IPTs, USMC operational users, prime contractors, and subcontractors to support design reviews and program technical interchange meetings.

Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in systems engineering or software-intensive defense programs
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI
Hands-on experience with unmanned systems, ground control stations, or avionics control software
