Lead a team of associates responsible for getting orders out the door accurately, safely, and on time.
This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role where you own execution across core fulfillment workflows—ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently met during a critical, high-volume shift.
The work is fast, physical, and unpredictable—you’ll need to make quick decisions with incomplete information, hold a high bar for performance, and stay closely connected to what’s happening on the floor at all times.

Key Requirements
3-5+ years supervising warehouse or fulfillment operations
Proven experience leading teams on the floor during active shifts
Hands-on experience across core fulfillment workflows
Experience using WMS and/or ERP systems
Track record of improving team performance
Experience building and reinforcing SOPs and training programs
Comfortable handling employee relations issues
Available to work Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00am–6:30pm
