  • Ability to read drawings and schematic diagrams
  • Knowledge of industry and military specifications
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Test and debug circuit cards and assemblies
  • Ability to obtain DoD Secret Security Clearance

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with DoD architectures and standards
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good self-organization and prioritization
  • Work effectively within development teams
  • Experience with military standards MIL-STD-810 and others

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8+ years experience or Master's with 6+ years or 12+ years experience without degree
  • Experience developing electronic subsystems through qualification
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Security Clearance
  • Active US Security Clearance at Secret level or higher preferred
  • 50+ hours STEM education in electronics or 20+ years experience in lieu of degree
