Job Summary

  • The Team Lead is responsible for driving results for customers including A/R follow up, RAP and NOE submission, reporting, appeals, day-to-day operations and cash collections.
  • This role requires managing resources to ensure all timelines are achieved while maintaining confidentiality and knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
