Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years experience in calibration or CAD
3+ years supervisory or management capacity
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or MicroStation
Comprehensive knowledge of engineering principles
Experience with CMMS and planning/scheduling
Nice-to-have
Change management and process improvement mindset
Effective communication for technical audiences
Lean Six Sigma certification
Prior life sciences Bio-Pharma environment experience
Certified Plant Engineer or Certified Maintenance Professional
Key Requirements
Bachelor degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
