Skills & Requirements
Must-have
general building repair and maintenance
basic plumbing and electrical skills
mechanical and electrical aptitude
ability to lift minimum 80 lbs
use ladders up to 30 ft
excellent English communication skills
valid state driver’s license

self-motivated and independent worker
team environment collaboration
participation in safety and technical training
good housekeeping and safety awareness
Key Requirements
3+ years applicable building repair experience
valid state driver’s license
Universal CFC recovery certification (preferred)
completion of technical training program (preferred)
minimum four years building engineering experience (preferred)
