Key Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent job-related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or comparable operational environment
  • Working knowledge of employment law, labor regulations, and HR compliance, preferred but not required
  • Advanced analytical and Microsoft Excel skills
