Job Summary
Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, including processing employment documentation and coordinating payroll and employee benefit programs.
Plan, conduct, and document required drills, organize in-service education programs, and prepare annual schedules and monthly calendars for staff training.
Supervise staff, provide direct resident/patient care, coordinate infection control surveillance, and participate in facility surveys.
