The Senior Human Resources Coordinator will supervise the Benefits Eligible Talent Acquisition Team and oversee recruitment functions and processes for University Housing and Dining.
Responsibilities include providing talent acquisition guidance to hiring managers and HR staff on policies, regulations, and best practices, as well as managing daily operations of the talent acquisition team.

Key Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
5 years of experience in a human resources function
3 or more years of experience supervising a team
3 or more years of experience in talent acquisition
Experience using Workday and/or other ATS
Talent acquisition/HR experience in university or public sector
Proficiency using Excel and/or similar analytical tools
Experience developing and executing recruitment strategies
Experience advising managers on compliant hiring practices
