Key Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a human resources function
  • 3 or more years of experience supervising a team
  • 3 or more years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Experience using Workday and/or other ATS
  • Talent acquisition/HR experience in university or public sector
  • Proficiency using Excel and/or similar analytical tools
  • Experience developing and executing recruitment strategies
  • Experience advising managers on compliant hiring practices
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
