Job Summary

• The Sr. Transaction Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day transaction management oversight for a complex real estate portfolio, including diligent oversight of transactions from initiation through execution.
• Responsibilities include program management of stakeholder inputs, oversight of account team support, client budgeting, internal revenue management, and adherence to account and transaction level KPIs.
• The role requires implementing portfolio plans with client’s real estate goals, optimizing and integrating portfolios with clients’ workplace strategy, and leading the development of strategic plans.

• Experience with high-level, complex transaction management

• Bachelor’s degree required in any related field
