You will own and administer key SAP SuccessFactors modules including Talent, Learning, Performance, Succession and Compensation while acting as the functional SME and primary support contact.
The role involves delivering enterprise workforce, remuneration and diversity reporting, translating data into clear insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
