Job Summary
Own the engineering, reliability, and evolution of BCI's Workday platform, building and sustaining integrations, configuring platform capabilities, and ensuring dependable data flow and reporting across HR, Finance, Payroll, and Procurement.
Partner closely with vendors and internal teams to design and support robust integration solutions using modern Workday tooling and API patterns, monitor platform health, and resolve complex issues through root-cause analysis.
