Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Strong background in HVAC/R systems
Experience with commercial refrigeration
Troubleshooting electrical and plumbing systems
Utilizing CMMS systems like Corrigo
Valid state driver's license required
Nice-to-have
Multi-skilled in material handling equipment
Knowledge of overall system design applications
Experience with building interior/exterior repairs
Familiarity with Word and Excel applications
Key Requirements
Minimum 4 years technical experience in building engineering
Universal CFC recovery certification or within 90 days
High school diploma or GED required
Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Two years trades school or documented apprenticeship preferred
