Job Summary

  • The Executive, Compliance & Risk will report directly to the Deputy General Counsel – Enterprise & Chief Compliance Officer (“DGC”) or the Executive Director, Compliance, as directed, and will help manage and advance the Company’s Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) and ESG programs.
  • This role provides strategic guidance, drives cross-functional initiatives, and ensures the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and transparency.
  • CAA is the leading entertainment and sports agency, with global expertise in filmed and live entertainment, digital media, publishing, sponsorship sales and endorsements, media finance, consumer investing, fashion, brand management and consumer product licensing, and philanthropy.
