The Outcomes Intern will support the organization through the completion of projects/tasks that will support the decision-making process at Valley Health.
The projects/assignments will relate to clinical outcomes, clinical analytics, business plan development, physician engagement, process improvement, and database management, financial analytics and budgeting.
Intern will be expected to make evidence-based recommendations from analytical work, prepare presentations, and communicate recommendations to the appropriate audience, which could entail department managers, physicians, staff, or senior leadership.
