Job Summary

  • This position will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of healthcare training programs aligned with Goodwill’s mission to empower individuals through workforce development.
  • The Healthcare Program Manager will promote a positive work environment that celebrates our vision, mission and core values in every action and interaction with team members, donors, customers, management and persons served.
  • Design and oversee healthcare training curricula (e.g., PCT, CNA, medical assistant).
