Job Summary
The Deputy Site Manager will support the on-site execution of hydro turbine and generator projects, including EHS planning, execution strategy, scheduling, cost tracking, and site resource planning.
Responsibilities include managing scope by planning, organizing, and supervising the field team, interacting with the project planner, and managing incurred and projected costs.
The role requires active participation in design processes, development of lessons learned, and managing site documentation such as quality, EHS, daily reports, and timekeeping.
