Primarily to provide legal advice, transaction support and perform legal risk management in relation to the corporate and investment banking business of MUFG within APAC.
Collaborate closely with Head Office Legal in Tokyo, International legal functions in other regions and other local legal units within the branches and subsidiaries of MUFG within APAC.
