Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Registration as Pharmacy Technician Trainee with Ohio Board of Pharmacy
Completion of Cleveland Clinic School of Pharmacy Technology program within 12 months
CPhT Certification through PTCB within one year of hire
Ability to perform algebraic calculations for extemporaneous compounds
