Flora Food Group is seeking an HR Business Partner for their Ataşehir, Istanbul office to support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of HR experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in both English and Turkish

Job Summary

  • Support the recruitment process by working with line managers in repairing & revising to role descriptions; job posting on recruitment boards (Greenhouse, LinkedIn, etc), Shortlisting and interview scheduling.
  • Provide data accuracy of success factors data, file management and employee data administration (eg letters to banks, government bodies, visa letters to embassies, etc).
