Define and deploy the vision and strategy for the A220 VSM Digital and Industrial Innovation roadmaps, manage the ME PMDT portfolio, and structure the ME Academy as a key competence center.
Lead the Transformation of Manufacturing Engineering (ME) to prepare it for new developments, including organizational change proposals, and implement the Innovation roadmap around the four pillars to support the transition to Industry 5.0.

15 years of experience in aviation
Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering or relevant field
Proficient in English
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in French
PMI-PMP certificate preferred
Airbus Silver PM Certification (or above) preferred
