Job Summary

  • Manage and oversee operations and maintenance of Labware LIMS and Empower systems, driving continuous improvement and ensuring seamless alignment and compliance.
  • Act as the lead site contact for vendors, coordinate system updates, manage technical issues, and maintain system licenses, while also supporting second-level support and promoting best practices.
  • Participate as a technical lead in Global IT and compliance projects, initiate optimization projects, and maintain the validated state of systems throughout their lifecycle.
