Job Summary

  • The People & Culture Officer (Training) plays a pivotal role in supporting both the Human Resources and Learning & Development functions within the hotel.

Key Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in HR, Hospitality, Business
  • Work experience in HR/L&D/Training
  • Familiarity with HRDF claims process
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Right to work in Malaysia
