Individuals will be responsible for effectively supporting all culinary operations under the direction of the Executive Culinary Team.
Specific responsibilities include knowledge of cold and hot food production, buffet action station work, and maintaining health and sanitation standards.
The ideal candidate will have 1 year of entry-level cooking and food prep experience and be flexible to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
