Key Requirements

  • Three years of professional Human Resources experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to diverse backgrounds
  • Experience with recruitment, classification, selection, compensation
  • Knowledge of job evaluation principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of state and federal labor laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
