Job Summary

  • Beghou is building out a dedicated Launch PMO capability within our Launch Excellence practice, and this role sits at the center of it.
  • The Launch PMO Manager is a player-coach position: client-facing, billable, and deeply embedded in active engagements, while simultaneously responsible for designing and continuously improving the processes and tools that make the practice scalable.
  • This role picks up at the end of assessment and owns delivery from there -- building the governance infrastructure, running the execution, and developing the team underneath.
