The successful candidate will leverage expertise to lead the assessment of global compensation effectiveness while navigating the ever-changing compliance landscape including the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
The position offers a hybrid work arrangement located in Rosemont, IL or Milwaukee, WI with a base salary range of $200k - $275k plus incentives.
