Job Summary

• Responsible for creating a vibrant and inclusive living environment for senior residents, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring resident satisfaction, managing staff and financial performance, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
• Develop and manage the community’s budget, monitor expenses, maximize revenue, ensure accurate rent collection, and conduct regular financial analysis and reporting.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise community staff members, foster a positive work environment, provide guidance and professional development, and conduct performance evaluations.
