Skills & Requirements
Must-have
MEICA experience in water/wastewater assets
Develop asset health and maintenance performance frameworks
Client advisory for water and wastewater leadership
Develop KPIs and dashboards for water industry needs
Apply MEICA and reliability engineering to reduce outages
Develop risk-based investment plans for PR24/PR29
Map maintenance decisions to regulatory frameworks
Nice-to-have

Key Requirements
Proven record improving availability, reliability, and performance of water/wastewater assets
Extensive MEICA experience in treatment works, pumping systems, ICA/SCADA, and process-critical infrastructure
Strong understanding of water-sector regulatory drivers, compliance obligations, and service performance metrics
Skilled in interpreting CMMS/EAM data and leading structured maintenance/RCM processes
Advanced analytical capabilities for identifying failure modes and reliability trends
Confident communicator able to translate complex engineering or analytical insights into clear operational and commercial recommendations
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Control/Automation, or related MEICA discipline (CEng desirable)
Relevant in Water, Wastewater, or similar regulated engineering sectors
