Boundary Scan JTAG IEEE 1149 test development
Debugging ICT test programs per specifications
Minimum 3 years product development experience
Bachelor/Master degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering
Nice-to-have
Understanding of IEEE 1149.10, 1500, 1687, 1838 standards
Experience producing board-level DFT reports
Strong analytical abilities and cross-functional teamwork
Ability to author technical literature and deliver training
Key Requirements
