Job Summary
This position will provide day-to-day leadership for a significant portion of the Engagement Center and will be responsible for leading a team of Patient Engagement team members.
The leader is responsible for ensuring the adoption and continuity of best practices, providing ongoing support, coordinating coverage, coaching, performance management and professional development of the team.
Directly lead and manage a team of Patient Engagement Specialists to ensure timely and accurate prior authorization and financial assistance support to assist patients in obtaining medication.

Key Requirements
Nationally certified CPhT
3+ years pharmacy technician experience
3-5+ years specialty pharmacy experience preferred
