Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local regulations.
  • You will be required to develop work assignments, delegate authority to charge nurses, and ensure that a sufficient number of licensed personnel are available to maintain quality care.
  • This role involves participating in committee meetings, assisting with facility surveys, and implementing recommendations from established committees to improve the nursing service department.
