Job Summary
The Health Systems Partner (HSP) is a field-based role dedicated to enabling the operational readiness of health systems (clinics, hospitals, etc.).
The HSP focuses on diagnosing and solving systemic bottlenecks that affect patient access, throughput, and care coordination — ensuring each clinic has the structure, processes, and champions in place to deliver optimal care for patients.
This role acts as the operational bridge between Commercial, Patient Support Program (PSP) Operations, and Medical functions — translating insights into action while maintaining full IMC and ethical compliance.
