• Functions as part of the dialysis health care team providing safe and effective dialysis therapy under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Responsible for setup and operation of hemodialysis machines, patient monitoring, documentation, and infection control practices.
• Supports patient education, transitional care, and continuous quality improvement activities to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
