The primary purpose is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
Responsibilities include administrative functions, charting and documentation, drug administration, personnel management, direct nursing care, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, care plan and assessment, and budget and planning.
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state and current CPR certification.
