Job Summary

In this role, you will focus on spotting issues, fixing problems, and supporting our customer-facing Energy Specialists to deliver outrageous customer service.
You will manage the end-to-end cheque process, allocate missing payments, respond to customer emails, and support Energy Specialists with payment or refund queries.
