Key Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years experience in customs operations
  • Previous call center experience
  • In-depth knowledge of customs operations, laws, and regulations
  • In-depth knowledge of HS system, CUSMA, and permit process
  • Customs Specialist "CCS" certification
  • Intermediate computer skills: Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, research, attention to detail, time management
  • Bachelor's degree or International equivalent
