Must-have
Appian BPM application development
Workflow and case management solutions
Software engineering principles for low-code
Cloud environment experience (AWS preferred)
Integration with external platforms and services
Code reviews and CI/CD practices
Nice-to-have
Experience with Python-based services
Event-driven architectures and microservices
DevSecOps and production observability
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience in regulated environments
Key Requirements
Extensive Appian BPM experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Ability to operate at Staff Engineer level
Experience working beyond configuration
Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals
