Job Summary
The Social Worker maximizes the client/family's functioning within the context of rehabilitation, maintenance or palliation, enhancing problem-solving and coping capacity through a variety of interventions.
Key responsibilities include conducting tours, pre-admission procedures, coordinating admissions, promoting a Resident-oriented environment, and functioning as a member of the multi-disciplinary team.
