Skills & Requirements
Must-have
social impact and human rights expertise
stakeholder engagement and community surveys
human rights due diligence (HRDD) process
sustainability and CSR strategy development
qualitative and quantitative data analysis
project coordination and client management
Nice-to-have
experience with SROI assessment frameworks
proficiency in Power BI and SPSS
bilingual communication in English and Thai
collaboration across cross-functional teams
event speaking and MC skills
continuous learning and innovation mindset
Key Requirements
Degree in social sciences or related field
2–5 years relevant experience in CSR, ESG, or HRDD
excellent verbal and written communication in English and Thai
proficiency in MS Office and data analysis software
