• The Seasonal Store Associates is the customer service specialist of the store, responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, providing in-depth information about our products, and always operating as a brand ambassador.
• Key responsibilities include meeting and greeting customers, maintaining shop floor standards, providing exceptional service at the shop floor, fitting rooms and checkouts, processing deliveries, and replenishing stock.
