Job Summary
The Pharmacy Technician II will assist pharmacists in providing professional pharmacy services to patients and staff at Cook Children's Medical Center.
Technical tasks include advanced non-sterile compounding, specialized sterile preparation for TPNs and Chemotherapy, and conducting compliance audits.
All tasks are performed under the direct supervision of an experienced pharmacist until necessary skills and competency are demonstrated.

Advanced Omnicell processing experience
Advanced non-sterile compounding skills
Specialized sterile preparation training

Key Requirements
High School diploma or Equivalent
1 year IV preparation or Cook Children's pharmacy experience
CPhT certification or ACPE accredited school enrollment
Texas State Board of Pharmacy Technician Registration or Intern License
