• Lived experience of supporting a loved one experiencing suicidal ideation, crisis and/or suicide attempts
• Relevant qualifications or commensurate experience in support role
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
• Satisfactory Police Records Check
• Blue Card – Working with Children Check
