Create and Implement Production plans for High Value processes in Kinston including Pharma Washing, Envision and Sterilization.
Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets departmental KPIs and drives for optimal supply chain.

Key Requirements
Bachelors in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering
5 years of manufacturing experience preferred
Extensive experience with SAP or SFS
High proficiency in MS Excel
Superior communication, organizational, problem solving and interpersonal skills
