Job Summary
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, induction, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and separations.
Ensure timely completion of background verification, vendor onboarding, and statutory documentation while maintaining accurate employee records in HR systems.
Coordinate with the Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs and validate employee data before payroll closure.
