Job Summary

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, induction, documentation, confirmation, transfers, and separations.
  • Ensure timely completion of background verification, vendor onboarding, and statutory documentation while maintaining accurate employee records in HR systems.
  • Coordinate with the Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs and validate employee data before payroll closure.
