Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Payments industry experience 2-6 years
Support and implementation of digital wallets
Knowledge of payment systems and clearing
Experience with SDLC and payment application integration
Understanding of India Stack digital payment products
Digital payments security and compliance
Nice-to-have
Understanding of PCI/DSS compliance
Knowledge of SEPA and SWIFT processing
Exposure to retail banking or wealth management
Experience with international and domestic payments
Prior fintech or bank implementation experience
Strong communication and analytical thinking
Embracing change and learning agility
Key Requirements
3-6 years experience in payments
Bachelor of Engineering or Master of Business Administration
Mandatory payment industry experience
Experience in payments team within a bank considered
