Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or supply chain
10+ years in biopharma operations or supply chain
minimum of 3 years in advanced therapies
experience with autologous and/or allogeneic models
Expertise implementing new product introductions
Knowledge of value chain operations
Experience with regulatory, quality, and regional requirements
